Our bariatric program includes follow-up care, nutrition counseling, and support groups. Your care team will discuss the follow-up plan and resources that apply to you.
Where will my consultation take place?
Office consultations are at CityPlex Towers, 2448 E. 81st Street, Suite 1100, Tulsa. If surgery is recommended, our team will separately confirm the procedure location and next steps.
Will my insurance cover bariatric surgery?
